Teck-West offers a standard servo upgrade package for your Mark Andy 830.  This package converts the final die station into a servo driven die station.  The upgrade package includes the following features:

• Die cut to a registration mark
• Auto shut-off for consecutive missing registration marks
• Missing registration marks counter
• Registration mark window (ignores print outside of the specified area)
• Non-registration mark mode allows for electronic phasing of the final die station

Our touch-screen interface adds these features:

• Enter product repeat in "tooth count" or actual inch measurements
• Intelligent shut off will stop your press AT the desired product count
• One touch phase adjustments of +/- 0.1, 0.01, 0.001
• Variable phase adjustments
• Adjustment of current product counts and presets

Product changeovers have never been so easy.  When starting a new job, with or without registration marks, start the machine and die cut 1 label.  Measure the phase offset and enter it into our system.  Restart the machine and your die cut moves to the desired location.  You'll never have to remove and rotate the final die.  There's no need to thread the label web though the "guess and check" adjustment roller.
